Event Cleaning Procedure:

• Pre-Event Conference

Prior to any event, Crystal's manager will meet with your management team to discuss specific needs and requirements.

• Pre-Event Cleaning

Directed by the client, the following areas maybe in included;
Function room, external seating, grassed viewing area, security room, media booths, camera deck, police room, first aid room, stairs internal and external, packing area, kitchen, roadways, foot paths, playing field, practice field, rubbish bin placement, bars, toilets, private boxes, change rooms, food outlets and toilet items placement etc.

• Service during the Event

On demand cleaners will be assigned to areas as directed for the smooth progress of the event. Toilets will be maintained and toilet consumables will be replenished as specified. Litter picking, toilet spot check, emptying bins will be carried out. Crystal's manager and supervisor will respond to additional requests or emergency occurrences via walkie-talkie.

• Post Cleaning

Clean all refuse from agreed event areas.
Completely clean the venue in readiness for use on the following day.

• Removal of Waste Service

Crystal provides waste disposal service taking all refuse from the event site.
