Crystal is fully committed to utilise most appropriate and practical methods to ensure all employees, customers and their visitors are safe from possible accidents and injuries (WH&S Act 2011).

CRYSTAL COMMERCIAL CLEANING PTY LTD has developed and implemented a structured Health and Safety Management System to meets its obligations and legislative requirements. This will also assist to achieve a consistently high standard of safety performance.

We are committed to regular consultation and co-operation with employees to ensure that Health and Safety issues are regularly reviewed and continuously improved WH&S by addressing hazards and reviewing outcomes and are committed to avoid workplace illness as well as accidents and injury for fulfilling AS/NZS 4801:2001 requirements.

Crystal Commercial Cleaning encourages the participation of workers to achieve our health and safety objective and create a safe work environment.

Objectives:

We have set out the following overall WH&S objectives for our business:

• To promote and secure the health, safety, illness and welfare of people at work.
  
• To protect people at work against hazards.
  
• To reduce, eliminate and control hazards.
  
• To provide assistance and ongoing support to employees regarding WHS
  
• To provide training, information, instruction and supervision to all employees and sub-contractor
