Crystal Commercial Cleaning Pty Ltd is certified in accordance with the standards of HACCP
Australia’s Food Safety Certification System.
This means our procedures, products, training and documentation meet the requirements of a
facility operating a HACCP based Food Safety Program.
HACCP is a system that identifies, evaluates and controls hazards that are significant for food safety.
Crystal Commercial Cleaning is HACCP certified with 2 categories, one is for the Kitchen Cleaning and
the other for the Kitchen Stewarding.
To be certified for HACCP below principles are to be followed.
Employees are adequately trained and are aware of their role in the food safety management system.
Ensure all potential food safety hazards are identified and controlled.
Develop food safety program and implement it into kitchen stewarding and kitchen cleaning practices.
Ensure that all staff follow company’s guideline in regards food safety programs.
